In your last scene, you placed the objects at the white part of the background gradient.
It looked like the blue part was a smooth, nice gradient sky. Now you place a car at the sky part... ^^
If you would change that, it would look even better. ;)
I really *love* this gradient stuff.
Awesome image! :D

I did not think of to this way, but yes, your right. 8)
Since the last one took about 16 hour with all the settings turned up, you'll have to wait.

Update: moved some models around and lifted the plane and helicopter into the air.

Better :?:

There's a little room on the left that will be croped out when I make a anaglyph. The second picture is rendering now. :P

I was going to save it, but now i think it needs some more improvements. Mostly some more stickers :)
It makes a very poor colour anaglyph because of the strong red, so here's a gray scale.

Really nice! :!:
What stickers?

 Hm, you could create your own LEGO set, with your own stickers, too. ;)
Wouldn't that be interesting?

I posted an updated picture in povray.binary.images, unfortuneatly I set some setting to high (aa) and it took 24+ hours to make.
Must always check setting before clicking the render button.
... restart or let it run?...restart or let it run?...restart or let it run?... oh what the heck... let it run :banghead:

I saw it and it looks v good.

That just happened to me with my entry for the Tina Chep. Only 13 hours though.
Thomas deGroot suggested using some mild focal blur as very high aa settings was not smoothing out all the jaggies. This worked but for the final image I set the AA a tad too high. 4 hours for 800 X 600 13 hours for 1024 X 768. I set the sampling to 5x5 instead of 3x3. :banghead:

 LOL
I did not notice until the morning after 8 hours. ... restart or let it run?...restart or let it run? :?

Oh, thanks for telling. It looks very nice!!
Finally the "stickers version".
Is it the second frame of your analglyph settings? ;)

Who hasn't ever been in this situation?
AFAIC, I'm not brave enough to cancel a half finished, lengthy rendering.
